What types of events do you cover?
Corporate conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, brand activations, sports finals, music festivals, weddings, charity galas, and political events. From 50 pax to 5,000+.
How far in advance should we book?
For events over 200 attendees we recommend 8+ weeks. Last-minute requests (under 2 weeks) are accepted subject to vehicle availability — we hold surge capacity for repeat clients.
Can you handle international VIPs flying in?
Yes — meet & greet at Heathrow/Gatwick/Luton/Stansted with name boards, premium chauffeur service to hotel, and venue-day transfers all coordinated.
Do you provide branded vehicles?
For multi-day events we can arrange branded magnetic decals on shuttles or wrap full vehicles. Lead time required.
What happens if event timing slips?
Our on-site coordinator and 24/7 control room re-flow the schedule live. Drivers stay flexible — we plan for it.
