How do I trust a stranger driving my child?
Every driver assigned to school runs holds an enhanced DBS certificate, has at least 5 years professional driving, and completes our child safeguarding induction. You meet the driver before the first trip and get the same driver every day.
What if my child needs a booster or child seat?
We provide UK-approved child seats and high-back boosters at no extra cost. Just specify age and weight when booking.
Can you handle multiple schools or after-school clubs?
Yes — multi-stop school runs (e.g. primary then secondary, or school then sports club) are routine. We optimise routes and timings.
What happens in heavy traffic or if school finishes early?
Our driver tracks school WhatsApp groups and traffic conditions. Early finishes, snow days, and last-minute changes are handled — call our 24/7 line.
Is there a long-term contract?
