1. Service Agreement

By booking a transfer with BookTaxiService, you enter into a service agreement with us as an agent for licensed transport operators. We facilitate bookings and provide customer service, while our partner operators provide the actual transportation service.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Prices shown are final and include all applicable taxes and fees.

• Booking confirmation is sent immediately via email and SMS
• Driver details are provided 24 hours before pickup
• Flight tracking is automatic for airport transfers
• Meet and greet service is included at no extra charge

3. Cancellation and Changes

We offer flexible cancellation and modification policies to accommodate your travel needs:

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Late cancellation: Within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows: Full booking amount will be charged
• Modifications: Changes can be made up to 2 hours before pickup

4. Service Standards

We maintain high service standards through our partner network:

• All drivers are licensed, insured, and background-checked
• Vehicles undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance
• Professional uniforms and customer service training required
• Real-time flight monitoring and pickup time adjustments

5. Liability and Insurance

BookTaxiService acts as a booking agent and our liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability limited to the total booking value
• Transport operators carry comprehensive insurance coverage
• We recommend travel insurance for additional protection
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the incident

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will first be addressed through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts and applicable consumer protection legislation.
